When I tell people my age (about 60) what I drive and they say "Are you nuts?...That was the one on the Discovery Channel".  But what I love most is really letting it go, puts a smile on my face every time.

Did anybody mention baby shampoo?  I used it when playing hockey and also on my shield.  It is as good as any commercial anti-fog product and won't sting as much if you forget to wipe your fingers off before you rub your eyes.

I need to replace the front pads really soon.  I want to get a compound that won't wear down my rotors yet get the best stopping.  Sintered, semi-metallic and organic seem to be the choices.  Except for drag racing where there is a long shut-down lane I just drive on the street.  What is the best?

Yes, the rotors were bent.  As soon as I replaced them, problem solved.  Now with some bleeding... I should be back on the road.  Thanks for the help folks. John

That may well be it...On the way over I thought the bike was leaning over too far to the left.  I'll check that out. John

When I trailered it I used the handlebar buddies that put a lot of pressure on the forks but didn't strap them near the calipers. I'll try to bleed some air out and keep my fingers crossed(not at the same time). John

I checked and everything was tight and there were no leaks.  I didn't see anything that looked unusual.  I looked into the reservoir and there was enough fluid.  I am still scratching my head. John

I took my 'Busa to an out of town dealer on a trailer so the engine would be cold when I got it there.  After setting the valves, adjusting the throttle bodies and running it on the dyno(156 corrected rwhp...M-4 exhaust, PClll and airbox & pair mods, short stacks) we drove it around the parking...

So this is why an engine can be damaged by not richening the mixture? The engine runs so lean that the heat produced causes melting of parts.

I am having a bit of a discussion with a guy I work with. He seems to have the market on hot air(BS to some) just about cornered and he insists that it is just the expansion of the Nitrous that cools the incoming charge somewhat like the intercooler on a diesel tubocharger and the Nitrous...
