In my attempt to get the headlight unit off and getting access to the nose cone parts, and without any YouTube videos telling me how to do - I probably did something stupid/unnecessary ....
I turned these 2 "bolts" with a 10 mm wrench, marked with red arrows on the picture. There were no resistance, and it seemed to, that I could turn them endlessly. So I didn't count how many times I had rotated them ... And they had of course nothing to do with getting the headlight of. Now I know better and how to do ... Thanks to some other posts here named "Getting access to nose trim piece/intake vents?"

So is my light now out of aim, and what can I do the correct it, when it all is back in place again (in a couple of months after the paintjob is done)? These 2 screws are not mentioned anywhere? I know, that the one in the middle is for adjusting the beam up/down.
Does anybody here know something about these 2 "screws"? The headlight will not come on before in 2-3 months because of a larger paintjob. Thanks for all answers.

Yes, Thank You - but as I wrote "I know, that the one in the middle is for adjusting the beam up/down." and
"Now I know better and how to do ... Thanks to some other posts here named "Getting access to nose trim piece/intake vents?" ...

I only need information about the 2 strange screws.

These two looks like to hold the chrome trim in the headlight and shouldnt be very tight from the factory, you should be ok to put the headlight back.
Try to rattle the headlight and if everything is tight you are good to go.

The adjuster is the one with the yellow arrow pointing at it. I use a long extension with a u-joint and a 10mm socket and come at it from the top side. I wasn't able to get it to turn from underneath. You'll need a light so a headlamp (on your head) or a kid you want to traumatize by holding the flashlight for Dad makes it a lot easier. I go with option two. Makes my son start bargaining. "I'll clean my room, do the dishes and the laundry, just plllllllease don't make me hold the flashlight Dad!"

Yes, but as I wrote - I know exactly what that one in the middle is for. I'm asking about the 2 others which I have marked with red arrows.

They doesn't hold anything together, I think .They can be turned endlessly in both directions without any change in the force to turn them.
When nobody knows what purpose they exactly are for, I have to wait until March when my painter is finished with the job, so I can reassemble the complete fairing again.
