Spoke with the shop yesterday, he took my "Selene" for a 22 mile ride to try to get her to replicate this issue again. Of course she didn't replicate it. (Beginning to think she has attitude like her momma
) Anyway he is still getting to it and trying to make it do this jerking before putting it on the DYNO again. Mechanic mentioned that they have an R6 in the shop doing the same intermittent problems.
So to try to explain it to you all. While riding doesn't matter highway or back roads every once in awhile at about 5000 RPMs she just cuts out and kinda stops moving while I'm still giong forward. it feels like a horse bucking you off. LOL
It doesn't happen all the time and I can't seem to replicate the issue nor has about 4 other people. It happened to one mechanic finally once while he was in 5 lanes of traffic, like to scared the dickens out of him too. So it was suggested that it was the levers(FP) because they are after market (doesn't sound ligit to me and we did put the stock one on and yep it did it again, so I put my FP back on, looks better anyway). It was suggested that the map for my exhaust was in correct so a new map and a PCIII was put on the bike( ummm guess what it happened again ) the only mods to the bike have been the M4 exhaust(powder coated), Galfer brake and cluth lines put on, new levers, and sliders. No out of the world stuff that would cause any of this to happen. It is very agitating when it happens and of course I won't give up on her. I mean c'mon have you seen her. GEEEZZZZ
lease: so send some prayers to my baby girl and the genius mechanic that he will find out her problem and get her straight. I have rides planned that I just can't make on my GSXR to visit busa family. HMMM maybe for christmas SUZUKI could send me a new busa.. or all of you who want to sell your 08's, umm i have a nice warm garage, umm i have a lot of travel plans, ummm i could certainly put your bike to good use, just saying
