When my buddy got ran over, they left his helmet on until they got to the hospital, and the RN was yanking and yanking, and it wouldn't come off. Well she didn't undo the strap.

yeah Its weird that the stick is in his cheek, wouldn't it have went through the helmet? or under it when he wrecked? and where did that stick come from anyway. that trail looked clear, that sux he has to ride on outta there, they should have left the cam to film the removal of said stick hope they packed something back in there to stop the bleeding afterwards
