Everyone that has a reservation at Pointe West needs to contact them immeadiately to confirm rooms. I just talked to TRENT and he was a little confused to say the least.

I dont know what you guys got going on your webpage but I think there is a clear case of miscommunication! I dont know who your group organizer or leader or whatever his or her title is but, could you PLEASE have them contact me A.S.A.P.

i don't know everyone's real names so he and i can't coordinate the names and room numbers...he said the 2 rooms he had as empty were 202 and 109 which are both showing as filled on our list...i contacted Macon and he is calling about 202...does anyone know BusaJim08 or how to contact him as he is showing as 109?

Maybe we can send out pm's to all who show going on this thread and have them respond to what room they have if they requested a room when they reserved it and under what name. That way you will have rooms and names and screen names.

Those who dont repsond can fight for the leftovers

I just called and verified room 103 is still mine, Theres a good chance the wife and kids arent going so there may be an extra Bed in my room if anyone gets in a bind its yours.
