Acceleration is a "change in velocity" so, no, it's not a different question.

I'm not really a physics person, but it's kind of a play on words in my opinion. Accelerating is a change in velocity, and velocity is a vector, so as the vector is constantly changing, so is the velocity, and so is the acceleration.
