Yellow Boxes

Hi guys

I'm new to this concept of being able to put the speed back to normal after altering the gearing. I'm just about to alter the gearing however, I am scared shitless on how to use these yellow boxes!!
Do they come with instructions? Do they have to stay on the bike?

The answer to both of your questions is "YES!!" You will need a GPS, or some kind of mechanism that can measure true speed to help you set the switches on the Yellow box.
