The second one! 2.5 years wasted on this crazy one! I am only going to go into the things that made me walk away! If not run! First, how would you feel if you had to walk away from your friends and family, because they thought they were bad influences! This didnt happen all at once. It was a slow process I didnt see right away! And that person wanted all of you and wouldnt share you with anyone. Second, questioned everything you did to the point it started fights and me second guessing of everything I did! Third, to have some one insult you and your family in front of their family, when they are not there to defends themselves. Fourth, This lady had the nerve to get down on her knees to ask me to marry her, knowing I wanted to be the one to do that! It was weird! Fifth, someone tell you I am 90% happy with you, buts the last 10% I am worried about! Sixth, She was worried I was taking her friends away from her, when all I did was offered to help them and they would call her to ask for me! Seven, it got to the point that I couldnt be myself and do any of the things that made me happy. Eight.... the straw that broke the camels back. How would you to have this question asked for you to answer! " If you and I have a daughter? Would you f#$k Her?" Show stopper for me! Insulted me like no other person has ever done! I was you got to be kidding! I find out that her father did some very bad things to her when she was younger after she asked me that. She could of told me in a much better way then finding out that way! Thoughs are the highlights! That was almost 2 years ago! Now I am just trying to have fun with the current G/F and take each day at a time!

Oh and to top it off! My best friend died 2 weeks ago! Well both of thieses X's went to the funeral, as well as my current g/f! My buddy texts me and a few friends, how many x's can you fit under one roof, between Tim, Ryvers, and Greg (my best friend who passed away)

I had 2 x's there, So did Ryver's, and Greg got us all beat! 2 x wifes and 2 x g/f's! Only at his funeral! And to top it off my g/f talks to my first X and the crazy one is trying to talk to me. She had the nerve to tell me," that she was the best thing that ever happened to me!" Then all hell broke loose....... Told you my past has away of biting me in the rear! I should write a t.v. series about this crap. I couldnt make this chit it up! I just live through it! I left a lot of details out..........

What sucks is the 2.5 years (longer in my case) that you wasted and that it took to get to that point. :banghead:

It sucks that so many of you have had ex'es who've treated you so badly. I hate that these things happen and makes people so afraid of or negative about relationships.

No marriage or long term relationship is rainbows and fuzzy bunnies 100% of the time, but there's never an excuse to treat someone the way some of these experiences have shown.

My first marriage was a nightmare. I'm the one who left to save myself and gave up a lot, but I don't even want to think about what my life would have been like if I hadn't.

Now I have Dan. We've been together for almost 20 years, married for 19. Marriage isn't for everyone, but I think there is someone for everyone.

Dated this chick for about 6 years. Got engaged. Joined the military to give us a good life and the night before I graduated basic training, I called her and the first thing out of her mouth was " It's over I found someone else". Most of my AIT I stayed drunk. But I have a loving wife, 2 kids, and the best busa family anyone can want now, so to hell with her.

Hooah!!

I was dating this woman a few years ago. One day, out of the blue, she calls me and gives a rambling reason why we should stop seeing each other. Much of it didn't make much sense. I was kinda stunned, considering for 6 months everything was fantastic.

6 years later my wife and I still laugh at that phone call and break-up that lasted all of two weeks.

She was scared that things were working out too well and wasn't going to wait for the other shoe to drop like times before. Call it a preemptive first strike.
