Wireless Helmet Speakers

I'm looking at some Wireless Speakers for my helmet. I was wondering if they will be loud enough, or do I have to get an amp for them ( can I get an amp for them because they are wireless)????

Secondly most wireless speaker kits I find our bluetooth, and I was hoping to get XM radio to go with them. Does XM work with Blue tooth or is there a way to make it work????

Bluetooth Stereo Headset and Intercom for Motorcycles - SMH10

This is what I have. Love them. They are loud enough.. Actually I use my phone as anmp3 player as well and they can get too loud.. Like hurt my ears loud. I had researched at one time and there is one xm receiver that is an mp3 player, but I don't think bluetooth. The unit listed above though does have a headphone port and the cable to plug in to the mp3 player. Now what I've done is I added a USB charger for my phone to charge from and have thought about getting the xm player app for my phone. (Shop XM Satellite Radio | Radios | On Your Smartphone)
