Unless it's towing... I've known a small handful of Eco-boost F150 owners. They have reported as low as about 7.5 MPG while towing.

That little 3.5 L six is powerful, very very powerful. I test drove a few of them and man they can smoke tire no problem, shocked at teh power. Went with a 5.0 on my FX4 because the EB is still relatively new but next one will have the EB. I suggest you stop by your Ford dealer and test the EB to fully understand the power.
