they also just took in an 06 with 900 miles! they want like 7500 or something...

Nice bike however the blue book is lower than the discounted price they are asking ($9210.00). Also what would be the final price out the door with Tax Title & License ??? P.S. Blue Book Sucks!!!

Don't know what you are asking but they are asking $9,900.00 for that blue Busa not including Tax, Title, & License. The Kelly Blue Book list that bike at $9,200.00 retail. I'm sure that the bike is worth what they are asking but the deal is not as sweet as it seems according to the Blue Book. Just pointing that out my friend.

the point of the thread was to inform a fellow member of a 08 new blue hayabusa that is available per his inquisition.

The fact that that KBB says that their opinion is that the bike is currently worth xxxx is worthless due to the fact that they do not and cannot sell them new. I would challenge anyone here to go buy a new 08 for 9200 out the door, with 0 miles. I guarantee that it will not happen. Thus making their claim of a purposed value based on average market price is pure rubbish and should be completely disregarded.

Fwiw, KBB clearly states that all local tax, title, license and fees will still apply.

I wouldnt have believed it if I didnt see it but 9 days ago I drove a buddy to the dealer to pick up his NEW '09 'Busa in White/Blue/Silver...$9800 out the door CASH...98 $100 bills out of the $10K bank wrapped stack he had. Made me kind of sick knowing I paid $9600 for a NEW 'Busa LE in November 2006...

i paid 10,198 out the door (out of state so no sales tax), and they are having 1.9% for 60 months right now, so i took advantage of almost free money , for a little while anyway.

Could have got an 09 at honda east toledo for right about 10,500 ish out the door (out of state so no sales tax)
