What makes one a rookie? Is it the number of posts? I've never seen a breakdown.

new recruit - 50 posts - 1pip
rooke - 100 posts - 1pip
seasoned pilot - 300 posts - 2pips
professional pilot - 500 posts - 3pips
top gun - 1000 posts - 4pips
hayabusa master - 1500 posts - 5pips
hayabusa legend - 2000 posts - 6pips
hayabusa immortal - 2500 posts - 7pips
