An American is a someone that is born, or immigrates to and is granted citizenship, in the United States of America!  We vote and pay taxes to help the government do their work (not that they've been doing it lately).

We have human rights, and "Citizen Rights", as granted to us by the U.S. Constitution and the "Bill of Rights".

As Citizens of the United States, we are granted the following rights, just to name a few:
We have the right to roam the country un-ristricted, whenever we desire.
We have the right to a fair trial and due process.
We have the right to VOTE our government out of office if their not doing the job.
We have the right to pursue anything we want to achieve in our life.

What we DO NOT have the right to do, is interfere with any other citizen's rights!  That's a big no no!

What rights do non-citizens have in the U.S.?
The right to life.
The right to apply for citizenship.
The right to visit peacefully.
and the right to go home if they don't like our laws!

Many lives were sacrificed to make the U.S. a country free from control of other countries.  The founding fathers gave us a plan for a better nation.  They called the citizens Americans!  There was NO prefix on the American.  If you are and American citizen, it means just that!  You're an American!

The prefix, that most liberals (and sheeple) use before the word American, is an attempt to "Divide us by our DIFFERENCES"!!!

Every here the phrase "Together we stand!  Divided we fall!"?  It means just that!  If we allow ourselves to be brainwashed into believing that our differences are boundries, then we will become divided, and the U.S. will fall!

The "Pledge of Allegiance" says it all.  "One nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all".  And it applies only to American citizens because non-citizens have not taken the American oath or pledge.  We need to get the reference to God back into our schools!

A study of history was conducted a few years ago, that put things into pretty good perspective for me.  It found that every empire, nation, dynasty, and kindom had failed by the time it reached the SAME level of "Moral Decay" that we CURRENTLY have in the United States!  The lack of moral concern, and appathy that most citizens have for this counrty is the root of our current problems!

The bottom line:

Complaining about it won't fix it!

If you're a citizen, and you don't like what's going on, VOTE the current government OUT!  It's not your right, it's YOUR DUTY!!!!!!!!

The insurrection party was staged... real insurrectionist bring guns with the intention to gain control. Blaming Trump for the insurrection shows us how easily the masses are fooled by the media and those that broadcast lies for the expressed purpose of dividing us.

As slow fraud Joe said... If you don't vote Democrat then you ain't black .

If you don't think that description of what America was meant to be by the OP then you are free to leave. Real Americans want the country to follow path that was illuminated and detailed in the Constitution and Bill of Rghts.

If you oppose those documents you are free to leave this country and live somewhere else... nobody will stop you from doing that. I highly recommend North Korea and China... the slaves living in concentration camps know how to follow orders... they didn't need the media to tell them how and what to think. The rest of the people there stay in line with the Communist party and if they do stray... the consequences can be life changing.

The only load of whooyee is your opinion...

...isn't an "American" someone who lives in America?

Same as a Canadian is someone who lives in Canada and so forth....

As we live in North America all together we have a common ground in being referred to as "North Americans"

‘If you oppose those documents’ it’s your duty to seek to change them thru the vote and with amendments. That‘s not fascist, totalitarian or even a full on dictatorship, it’s called democracy. Why would I leave my country? It’s (my) country.

It just so happens that many Americans don't want any changes made to the founding documents.

Why is that? It is because the American people want to be free of the oppressive nature that England and much of the European nations had as policies prior to the start date this country was signed into law. The design of our government was to separate powers between legislative, judicial and presidential power so no one powerful entity could run the table on the other 2 centers of power.

If you don't understand the power of free speech, the right to assemble and to own guns then you don't need or want what America offers. Many of us oppose the idea that special interest groups can shape socialist policies, get legislators to sign it into law, then, be asked to pay for something that weakens people to produce for themselves. Socialism leads to communism... and communism leads to the downfall of countries.... it has happened a number of times with other countries throughout history.

Isn't Canada still under British rule?

Is the term "North America" considered the name of a country?

just a comment on GOD

God is the problem in the world everyone think my God is better than yours

Jesus Christ , GOD, Mohammed, Buddha etc - written by scholars passed down the centuries modified and untruths----- is the issue with strife and wars in the world.

The Irish issue who is right Protestants or Catholics whose religion is better??

Scrap all religions and the world would be a better place - we can do the moral thing without some harking back to what some bloke did 2000 years ago. but wont happen

absolutely not under British Control

it's a fact that in the dark days of 1940 during the London Blitz -USA considered that UK could fall and become a part of the Third Reich.
There was rumblings of USA invading Canada to stop Canada falling into German hands - Nazi acquiring in one fell swoop the old Empire.

Canada 52 state of the USA
UK is already the 51st of the USA :D

Uh, sure....52nd state...sure....

When Germany invaded Russia, that invasion ate up any resources the Axis had to invade North America and all the Allied forces knew that.

The nail in the coffin was when Germany got pushed out of North Africa and eventually out of Italy in early 1944....they were on their heels ever since.

As Canada was a sovereign country, if he US invaded Canada, it would have be followed by a declaration of war on Canada....at the time we were providing quite a bit of war stock to the US...
