Weird hesitation

When i accelerate on my busa at random points in the rpm range the motor seems to cut out for a split second. ike the ignition is cutting out and coming back. I don't have any mods done on the bike. It has 6600 miles and its an '05.. just started recently, haven't messed with anything recently so im kinda lost.

First things first, check your battery cables. Also what fuel brand and octane are you running. Has this problem occured now that the weather has changed ?
