Here we go again...

why is it that the Obama lovers cannot accept critisism? The simple fact that you cannot discuss his mistakes, leads one to believe there is no logical reason or response.

here are a few thoughts and concerns, if the "Obama Nation" cannot explain or discuss this then please ignore, this is not bashing, answer the questions:

Oil has been flowing into the gulf for nearly 60 days.

1. When will the "full resources" of the USA, the Army Corp of Engineers or even the NAtional Guard be dispatched to the gulf region?
2. Why are we letting BP handle the cleanup? This is a problem that will effect the USA, and should be a Disaster Area.....but we are treating it as if BP, had a tanker truck flip-over on the freeway.
3. How will the gov. keep this from happening again...the permits were issued in 2009, on Obama's watch..saw this on MSNBC, the Obama news channel, so its not some republican ploy. people should be fired for this. have they?

people want to see action, the time for meetings is long past. Maybe if people saw someone from the gov. (army, national guard) doing something, even if its just cleaning birds and scooping oil off the beach...people would be more understanding..

Simply amazing how many people disrespect the Office of the President of the USA, whether it be Bush, Clinton, Obama........whoever. I think the position DEMANDS a bit of respect from any American living in the great country of ours. Disagree with positions or whatever. But the hatred and name calling is just disrespectful. Show a little class.

I want action....

on 9/11....I did not want meetings, pass out the ammo and tell me where to go.

Katrina was a tits-ups, cluster ****. But atleast you could see people were trying to do things...as screwed up as it was, you saw things happening.

yes, the money from BP will help. However when people lives are be ruined, they want to see actions...not just promise of money, in the future.

I knew once I made a comment about Bush you'd chime in. We can deal with the now, but to think that decisions made from previous admistrations don't affect the now is ridiculous. Example would be how Cheney put in place a limit on how liable big oil can be accountable for certain "failures".

Don't tell me how to argue , I hate the majority of Republicans and their mindset.....happens I don't like u either. Deal with it!

Uhh sorry wasn't Cheney...Try Clinton, set the liability cap at 75 million after the exxon disaster.

Obama is not an executive or has any real administration experience. The only
thing he knows how to do well, is get elected, hence that's why he is current campaign mode/spin mode/photo op extreme.

He's a bureaucrat not an adminstrator and his inexperince is showing in all areas
big time.

Interesting thought, had McCain/Palin won...I surmise McCain would have put
Palin in charge of dealing with the oil companies (with her experience) and made
that her Job 1 and only until this was resolved.

Obama is playing golf, hanging with McCartney, doing fundraisers for Boxer,
and spinning it for cap and TAX...and you think he did a smack down :rofl::rofl::rofl:

So you think Palin has experience in oil since she was governor of Alaska? :rofl:Really? She can't even tell people what publications she reads more less deal with a national Crisis.
Remember their campaign was "drill baby drill"

Uh Yeah I do, you should see her speak on the issue of the crisis (as America's
most EXPERIENCED Governor on dealing with oil companies) before you spout off.
(NOTE THE EXPERIENCED part, not only in running something but in the oil business)

And by the way DRILL BABY DRILL is still the only way to GO!!! BO-YAH.
Disaster or no, we still need oil..our society is dependant upon it and there
is NO (read ZERO) viable alternative in the future. Obamanations "green" agenda
is a pipe dream and a scam at wealth redistribution and control.

I read that ALL the wind turbines we currently have, don't equal ONE oil well.
Subsidising million/billions of dollars for over 30 years and solar/wind/etc...is still
nowhere near economically feasible. Another generation to go at least...

So yeah...DRILL BABY DRILL and DRILL SOME MORE! (or do you plan to live in the
land of rainbows and unicorns in a tent in indonesia (or where-ever).

Dude, you are blinded from the forest by the trees. Obama has absolutely no authority, none, zippo, nadda,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, to require anyone to pay anything. It takes a court judgment to accomplish guilt and damages. And you can bet your sweetarse that BP didn't give up 20B with nothing in return. This is another one of Obama's behind closed doors sweetheart deals to benifit his agenda.

BP has agreed to give up $20B over a four year period. And who is going to distribute that money? Yep, you guessed it, Obama! Where will this little personal treasure chest go,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, yep, you guessed it again,,,,,,,,,, to Obama's alies! The people of Louisana may get a little trickle and you can bet your sweet bippy that he won't be giving any to his political adversaries!

What has happened here is nothing short of a shake down!

You my friend have been smoked! :beerchug:

while everyone is side-tracked by the BP relief fund.....oil is still flowing into the gulf, with no real solution.

just like Katrina.....GWB took the blame because it was on his watch.

Obama needs to take the heat for this, 60 days later and we are still scolding BP....while thousands of barrels of oil are killing the Gulf of Mexico.

talk about short sighted and simple minded....like a street hustler, Obama just beat you at 3 card monty, and you don't even know it yet.

Can you say SLUSH FUND? That's exactly what the dems will use the money for..... ie: re-election campaign funds. Don't trust the liers......:moon:

The DNC has no access to these funds.
Just like the RNC had no access to the 9/11 funds.

Relax.
