Water in Gas?

If I suspect I may have water in my tank, will Sta-Bil work ok to get the water out?  Has anyone had any issues with trying this on bikes?  [I have an '04 Busa]

Stabil is designed to prevent fuel seperation and water condensation in the tank. I don't think it would do you much good on this situation and I personally would not risk it. I would get the bad fuel out and put in some new fuel.
