Is a valve adjustment somthing that i could do myself or should i take it to the dealership for the anal raping of a life?
Also if i can do it myself what do i need and how do i go about doing it

As long as you lean towards the mechanically inclined side, I would do it myself. First off, get a Hayes manual..
