Upper painting

I want to paint my uppers and my mirrors to finish off the paint scheme. Does anyone on the board do this resonably priced and oa good job? I have painted cars before do you smooth the panels then paint or leave the rough texture and just scruff it so the paint will stick. I am stuck between paying someone to paint them and just going at it myself. Also the mirrors anything special with painting them they are not flexable plastic so I shoudnt need flex agent right?

check out the new mirrors shenoyp got there nice and i went to the site where he got them and there available in blue, red, aluminum, green and i think there really awesome.
