I'd always meant to try riding with ear plugs just cuz I've heard people talk about how much qiueter.. (duh) it was.. so i finally remember to buy some today... forked over my .35 cents and popped em in... wow... thats great.. I loved it.. I'll definatly be using them more often..

the only downside was I think it may take me a bit to get used to what the motor sounds like again.. as far as keeping up with knowing about what rpm i'm turning.. haha I know I looked down once and was running about 7500rpm in third and was like.. oh... well duh.. no wonder i'm going mach 2.. shift moooron.

hhaha.. just curious as to what you fine folks thought.

Makes a huge difference in the comfort of any ride. Just get ones that are very comfortable in their fit so it doesn't annoy you or become painfull.

you shoould try it ,it kind of take's away noise obstacles from around you and you feel more at one with your bike great feeling

Yes it is, and the damage might not show up until you are older, like it did with me (guns without ear protection). Now I wear a hearing aid.
