Turboin busa ? 99-00 or 02 Newer

Just wondering if theres much diffrence between turboing a 99-00 or the 02-current. As some of ya know im in the midst of Turboing the 00 i just got but i have run across a opritunity to get a 02 bike. Now i'm wondering is there and Advantages or Disadvantages to doing a Turbo on the 00 verses the 02? If there isn't the i'll probly stick with what i am doing now but if there is great advantage in going to a 02 to do so then i'll probly put my 00 back together and get the 02 model.

Someone please shed alittle light on the subject for me please thanks much

I would go 02.... the newer you get the fewer problems you mightl have..... 00 might have a clutch issue and I"m not sure if the fuel pump is in the tank or if its external
