Already paid $300 in S.C. where I bought it,went to the gov complex where I live to pay the remaining $500 only to be told that has to be paid in the neighboring county. Did that went back to wait in line, its 4:45 now, the very helpful clerk told me it wont happen today, I have to call a deputy out to my house and get a vin. certificat filled out,cool,now he cant find a NHTSA sticker it's supposed to be around the neck/gussett area...anyway that is left blank, I may insert my ex-wifes social security #...anybody ever heard of this? This paper tag has gotta go!
