Tried dynoing today

So i took it to a buddy of mine that has a car dyno and we strapped the bike up and we get problems: Charge piping kept coming off, throttle bodies came off at the last pull on 15 psi.
So were gonna replace all the gay clamps with tbolt and well see what she does.
What is the air to fuel we should be looking at? We had it at 11.9- 12-1

just keep in mind if it is not a load control dyno
you have no way of knowing for sure what the A/F is
you need to load it and hold it to read the correct number or it will be to lean
11.8 is nice
