Transmission locked up

I have a gen 1 highly modified turbo. Went for a couple hits yesterday and my transmission locked up. Bike got stuck in intersection. Had to remove chain to roll it to a safe spot. Anyone ever have this issue before? Clutch worked fine. Just wouldn’t go the bike would die. Thank you in advance.

well, that sounds like a lot of upcoming work,

because I think your transmission has blocked because a gear somewhere has simply given up.

so pull the engine and open the gearbox - then i suppose you'll find a tooth failure somewhere pretty quickly.

or the transmission output shaft is broken/defective ,
because you had to remove the chain in order to be able to push the haya at all.
