Transfer Title -NSW Australia

Hi All, embarking on new project to build a Busa from ground up. I have just got a frame only with clear title and supporting documents.

The question is to transfer title in NSW do I need to complete the bike (with engine nos etc) or will the frame VIN be enough. Not getting very far with the TfNSW in Sydney.

We'll, if it's anything like Vic, you need a VIN and an engine number to even think about reg. And I don't think you can xfer the ownership without reg here either.

Thanks Ottafish, I suspect NSW will be similar. I'll keep discussing with the registration authority. See where we go.
