I finally finished with the track bike
I got the vinyl graphics from Jim at FabriTech Designs and got them finished up tonight. All of the vinyl was good quality, and most went on without a fuss when applied wet per Jim's instructions over the phone. This was my first time working with vinyl, but overall it went well.
Doing number plates with vinyl is a pain in the ass, but it can be done if you carefully use a heat gun to soften the vinyl as you work over the compound curve areas. I used blue painter's tape to lay out the number plates, and then once the yellow vinyl was laid down, I used the underlying tape edge as my cutting guide. Once you peel off the excess yellow and the blue tape, you're left with a nice number plate. I might still get some pinstripe tape to cover the edges since I didn't have the smoothest hand while trimming.
Onto the pics...
Once again...they will open in a separate Putfile.com window.
The original "Cow Bike" for reference...

The new bodywork in progress...

New Paint...getting there

Now the finished project
I'm still waiting on a few stickers but this is pretty much complete. ACE Powersports is my sponsoring dealership. Not monetary, but a healthy discount on parts.

I am so glad that this is finally done
Now I'm just hoping that it doesn't rain at Road America on Wednesday.
