torque spec for fork tube bolts?

I am gonna lower the front end today and just need to know the torque on the lower and upper bolts clamping on the forks.
(i thought it was pretty low that is why i wanted to make sure i didn't tighten the piss out of it)

16.5 lb-ft for upper and lower triple clamps.
