Torque specs ?

Anyone know what the torque specs are for the allen bolts for the rear sprocket? I think the shop added a few puonds to the spec last time it was changed. once again i cant break loose some bolts on my bike. i thought you needed to be certified to work on these thngs at a shop?? guess the guy that worked on mine decided to skip on the day they talked about torque specs.

anyone know any tricks to loosen stuck bolts? i cant use anything thiat will affect chrome.

Cheater bar and the problem or not is that they use blue loctite on everything.
