Top 10 Speed trap cities in America

Good post man, that stuff gets my blood boiling, what horse sh.t. Seriously, when are we gonna stop bending over for the gov't. Bad enough paying so much in taxes, then to have these a-holes waiting for their cuts into MY profits - then add on the ding to your license and insurance.

+1 I think its gettting real out of hand.:banghead:

My wife got a ticket for following to close just because she knew she could not get around the tractor and trailer to get off the exit. She hit her breaks to kick off the curies and fell in behind this truck and a cop was sitting their and get he for following to close. She has not had a ticket in 30 years. I guess wrong place at the wrong time. Its all a money racket and they know that most people just pay it and go on. It's a joke what they get away with anymore. Here in Va they can sit behind a tree or hide on a ramp be we are not allowed to have a radar detector. SO every time I see one I warn as many people as I can.

 I run Texas roads every week for work....I see the roads being worked very hard by LEO's. I-35 north of Austin is a hot bed of Troopers.

I use my Escort all the time, but the laser is making it useless. It signals laser, but only flickers (mainly airports) or direct hit....which by then it is too late.

I have been pretty good the last couple of years after getting hit for 17 over twice:laugh:

As bad as Denver is,the surrounding cities are FAR worse . Northglenn,Co is downright sneaky they way they nab drivers on I25 . I've never been nabbed . So far . I have a sixth sense about speedtraps . Sometimes it's eerie .

If everyone drove the speed limit and below... I wonder how the "Law" would generate the revenue they so desperately pursue in these so called "traffic violations".... What a bunch of bull poo....

They would just make up new laws. Lower the speed limits, etc.

Sometimes I feel like it's not safe to leave the house. I'm so f'ing paranoid, even when I think I'm obeying every law, I'm likely not. There's ALWAYS something.

There are so many laws on the books now, our government has literally lost count. Everyone breaks the law every day, I can 99% guarantee that.

Jail is no fun, fines you can't afford to pay are no fun, and going to jail for fines you can't afford to pay REALLY blows.

I know how much everyone is against running, but some places... with no chase laws and the sheer staggering fine amounts and how much it can royally eff up your life. I'd consider it.

There are days I don't leave my house... or feel terrified if I do. Checking my mirrors, staring into my speedometer, hyper aware of my surroundings, just waiting for the lights to trigger in my rear view. I can't be the only one right??

Maybe I should just stay home?
