I have an '08 Blue Busa that's completley stock (with the exception of frame sliders and a Scorpio i900 to keep the *******s away). I plan on getting carbon fiber Yosi slip-ons for performance (and sound). I already bought a bunch of blue LED pods for a cosmetic upgrade. Trying to find some other ideas.

Well I am praying Ti-Force starts shipping the full exhausts soon..... Im still salivating over it.

Throw in a PC3 maybe a HID... I still have to find time to put it all between riding and work... it hit 37 degrees the other night and I was still riding... cold as hell when I got home though but it was fun. :)

Syn oil, BMC air fiter, new 016 tires, speedo-healer, and a new tank because of a small scratch and ding??? Then a good tune! Cold here too and can't catch a break on the weather to even take a short ride.

Keep us posted on your progression! Love to see the evolution of the bikes from stock, to can't remember what stock looked like.

Do yerself a favor check with local authorities re blue lights on bike, here in north Fla. it will get you stroked by the long arm of the law.

I'm impressed by anyone who rides in 30 degree weather. Some mods for this winter will be replaing the K&N airfilter with a BMC, and installing stainless steel, braided clutch and brake lines.

Floridas newly imposed draconian laws are a definite turn-off. As for winter mods; R1 throttle mod, going down 2 in the rear (yes down) and a dry nitrous kit, between 20 and 30 shot.

Mountains or drag strip - the Tobin seat is my next mod. I loved it on the 06 I had. I am trying to do a mod a month.

Try the TRE, PC3, either the Brock's Alien Head/Shorty Meg,Micron or Hindle exhaust or Yoshimura Racing exhausts are pretty good. Its all in what you like. But, you cant beat the sound of a Yosh on a Busa for the price(thats my opinion)

16/44 gearing on an 08 would be overkill in a big way. Launching that beast would be a real chore if you want to keep the front wheel down.

Mine's getting a thorough cleaning and some paint touch-ups. I also have a new tail light to add when I'm doing the paint work.

I have the 08 Orange Busa....I'm thinking painting the bike all black chrome. If anyone wants to by Two Brothers slip-ons for the 08 let me know, I'm going black exhaust to.
