Tires

Can anone tell me the longest milelage tires I can get for my Busa. I don't ride aggressively, just commute to work and back and occasionally go on bike runs. What about the AVON Storms? Thanks.....det45

Pirelli Angel ST hands down. I got 8k out of Storms, 11k out of Angels.

I've averaged between 7 to 8.5K miles out of the Avon Storms( rear ).....not saying that there isn't something out there that'll last longer though.

I've tried Pirelli, Bridgestone, Avons, and Shinko - only get 5K out of all of them

Like I said I don't ride aggressive in the corners etc. however I do ride to work and back to include road trips every once in a while with an occasional throttle blast. With that being said so far I'm getting more advice on the Michelin Pilot Road 2's. I'll wait for some more advice before I pull the trigger. Not a real fan of the longevity of the original OEM tires.

if its tire life you want, look at an ST type tire.

Dunlop roadsmart! Hard compound in the middle, soft compound on the sides when the bike is leaned over.
