Here's the popularity I've noticed over the past two years of my surfing here:

1. Michelin Pilot Powers
2. Pirelli Diablo and/or M1 - same company, same rubber, different tread pattern and depth?
3. Bridgestone BT014
4. Avon - although the harder riders don't seem to speak up about thier stikiness, maybe these were bought for longer treadlife?
5. Shinko for drag racers?
---
99. Dunslops. oops. that's a personal opinon injected there
Which ones are "made" for the busa??

My understanding one has a 3rd (extra) ply for the speed, and is 198 wide (even thou its says 190 on the side)

Do you know what one that is??

I just put a Continental Road Attack on the rear. Had 7900 m. on the original Bridgestone. Mounted for $126.50 dealer told me to keep the receipt, if i dont get 7500 miles he'll put me back on a Bridgestone for $100.00 mounted and any other tire for $145.00 mounted or another Cont. for the same money (126.50). He said they are real popular in Europe and that if it doesn't say Dunlop or Michelin on it in the USA nobody wants it. Figure I'll give it a shot.

My parents Jetta's had Continetal's, and they worked amazing.

and I pay a premium for my continental dress shoe soles & heals (ya, is sounds funny, but they last longer, and not as slippery if you get stuck in the snow or ice.

And they did come standard on some Porsche's and many Audi's as well.

Let us know how you like it, and if it sticks!
