Throttle body differences

I’m not too familiar with the ‘99 Busa, but I have a set of 99 throttle bodies and would like to confirm they are compatible with the 02-07 bikes if u just cap the extra port each throttle body has and remove the external fuel pump stuff.

my strong recommendation would be to download the main manual ´99/´00 plus all its extensions from this post here in the org
and read the drawings of ´99/´00 and `01 and ´02 (´02- ´07 are equal)

for the moment so much as preliminary info :
the hosing (and wiring) differs between ´99/´00 , `01 and ´02

by reading the entire manual you´ll get more familiar

TPS plug is different on 99-00

I learned that one the hard way
