Suppose you want to search for a phrase like "cool weather gear"? How would you enter the phrase in the search engine. Putting quotation marks qround the phrase produces an empty search.

Yes, that's the best I can come up with. There is no way to search for a phrase, which in database land, is akin to REALLY SUCKS. The best you can do is SEARCH WORD and SEARCH WORD which will get you a hundred eroneous hits.
