Here we go with 2021
1.) Filling my truck with gas in January $35. Three months later, over $50.00
2.) Construction lumber: December I paid between $8-$12 a sheet of OSB, the next shipment coming mid April will be around $40 a sheet. A 2X4 from $1.85 now $8.00. Average new home construction up by $40k compared to last year. House prices are rocketing.
3.) Ammo, provided it is available by a slim chance, for my 338 Winchester Magnum now over $5.00 a bullet. Imagine that, over five bucks every time the trigger is pulled.
4.) Migrant apprehensions increased from December by 300% with funds moving from building a wall, to now endeavoring to manage a crises.
Interesting times, at least we have a new Gen3 to marvel about, distracting us from where things are going.
