I thought the show was ok. I figured that the 1st few episodes would cover that kind of stupid riding to get the show some attention. I'm more interested in the different bikes they'll be covering. I do think it's a fantastic ideal to start covering the sportbike riding scene but not in a negative way. The way they were riding in last night's show does our sport no good.

Another rubbish effort that condones bad behavior on streets, gear-less riding, foul language, alcohol+riding...

Nothing about sport-bikes, history, where things are headed...

Total garbage - I was so POd because the WHOLE show was about wheelies and stoppies and breaking the law.

This is nothing but negative advertisement that will infuriate cagers and get more riders killed on the streets. What a load of crapshot!

Watched it. Thought it was lame. What a crock of Sh1T show!!! Not tuning in again.

But the streetfighter segment was kinda cool.

I finally got to watch it last nite on the DVR. I was not impressed. The title does it no justice. The streetfighter bikes were kinda cool but was it a show about sportbikes? wheelies? stunters? harleys? fighting? or just plain stupidity? Like doing donuts in the street at a stoplight intersection.

Although I think it will be a flop I'm sure I will continue to watch it so I can make fun of it.

Go to speedtv.com and give them your opinion. I did. Here what I wrote.

After you get rid of 2 wheel tuesday, which was an informative, entertaining show, you air "superbikes"! I made it about half way through before I got totally discusted with it. We dont need anymore help from a great channel like speed with idiots giving all sportbike riders a bad reputation. Most of us ride with some sense and wear our gear. Your show glorified everything that is wrong with sportbike riders. Illegal stunts on the street, immature kids, and riders; and I use that term loosley, not wearing any protective gear that drives our insurance rates up and attracts law enforcement attention. I hope you have enough sense to drop this trash.

busa riders and streetfighters are worlds apart. it was like watchin arena football. I like the nfl arena is aight. Im thinkin the streetfighters loved that episode and will post the same all right result when they do a Busa episode. Plus the first thing they joked about was showing as much as the lawyers would allow so theres probably only so "underground" theyre gonna ever go. And i noticed the Icon influence theyrer puttin alotta money into motorcycling right now. damn that come out longer than i'd intended sorry

This weeks episode actually redeemed itself!!! It was a show on track days vs. riding the canyons hard. Rossi Moreale did the Fastrackriders track day at California Speedway (which BTW, I did a trackday the day before!!! pics to follow of that day). Jason Britton rode with the cats doing the canyons. There was a guy on an 05 red/black Busa. The canyon guys compared missing organs, their brush with death, got speeding tickets and their love of canyon riding while Rossi learned much about himself, the track, and taking a sportbike to the limits (which he was far from doing but I give him HUGE PROPS for trying).

A very good show that showed the TRUE facets of sportbike culture. This series WILL HAVE UPS AND DOWNS so I guess we'll have to be patient.

I love stunts but like watching them in closed course competition fashion. Now those guys can ride too. I just hate watching the stereotypes being played out on the streets and televised on cable TV.

We'll just have to wait and see what happens next week. BTW-Fastrackriders pics the day before Superbikes filmed. I'll be there again Saturday July 29 with Level 2.

nice pics! I thought the second show was much better also! It was a nice combination between the street and track guys! That bike night is just too hilarious though. I don't do them, just too much posin' and acting tough!
