removed old stater cover. installed new one tightened bolts by feel after install bike wont start backfires like timing is off or something help please

did you disconnect the wiring harness anywhere? There's some FI wiring up above that that would kill the bike....the stator cover swap itself should have nothing to do with the actual starting of the bike.

the wiring looks fine but the bolts were loose the 3 holding the magnet to the cover

You didn't reassemble something correctly. Never changed one, but help should be along. PM gixerhp otherwise.

There is a timing pickup in the cover, sounds like it's not in place. Did you notice it?

over the last 2mths i been replacing parts to blk out bike did several mods sorry re installed ststor cover it now rus fine thanks for help
