Notice all the top ranked states are up north, likely the same places that the oldsters leave to come to the southeast or New Mexico, which mostly ranked at the bottom. I don't know what's up with the northeast.

I'm certain that we have to worst drivers here in Southeast FL, regardless of age! Road rage is required, turn signals "seasonal", and aiming for pedestrians gets you extra bonus points in some imagionary game. Horrific crashes in the local news are all too common.
