Adjusting the front spring preload is pretty clear (indicating lines), but does anyone know how to set the rear preload to match the front changes?

Thanks,

You need a special tool from ZOOK and you should download the manual from here!

From my limited knowledge of supension setup it will depend on your weight but you should be aiming for around 1" of loaded sag for both front and rear - the rear spring is adjusted with a C spanner and turned clockwise till you reach your target sag

A 'C' spanner is a common tool found I would think at any decent hardware store or bike shop
