No, Luci didn't get a bath, it isn't that time of the month yet.:laugh:

The midpipe for my HMF highmout was looking a bit shabby. It had been jet coated 2 years ago. Last year I had an O2 sensor bung welded in, and the welder hit it up with some black rattle can paint which faded from the heat. tmpowdercoating is about an hour from my house, so I pulled the exhaust and took a trip over there yesterday. He does excellent work. Some before and after pics.

Is that high temp powdercoat, I had mine powdercoated last year and the heat coming off the header made it turn into dust, so I went and had it ceramic coated!

Nice pics. TM powdercoating does great work. And Travis is a very nice guy. Just feel bad for him having to deal with Semi as much as he does.

Yes, its high temp powder coating. Rated to 1000 degrees. Should be more than enough for the mid-pipe.

Wow! Big difference Dennis....Travis does nice work. I know he was psyched to try that new hi-temp coating. Should work just fine

I have to say though....your rear wheel is an abomination :poke:

Luci is in dire need of that bath.

 you know that is the truth! he is a great guy to put up with me dropping by and getting in his way when he is trying to do things  you should see what we did today- modified a Harbor Freight chock to fit on the front of one of the rails on my trailer

i didn't take pics of some of the stuff we did...just suffice it to say there was fire, a floor jack, a 300+ pound jumping man, a big pry bar, and assorted other tools

BW, your pipe looks great on there...don't worry, it will be dirty soon and will quit making the rear rim look so bad by comparison :poke:

Saves money on wheel weights if you just leave two ounces of dirt on each wheel...

Why not just have the pipe jet hot coated again?

Good look with the black mid pipe.
I did regular black PC on mine and it has about 6000 miles on it with no deterioration.
