Well just because I'm very, very jealous I have to point out that that's not technically a plaque. A plaque mounts on a wall, that goes on a coffee table or something. Nice though. Pretty cool to have too.

The most appropriate description that I can come up with:
engraved commemorative table/desk glass adornment or ornament.
Some may think "paper weight" but I think this is a bit more imposing than a paper weight, which is defined as "usually small." It is not a trophy because it was not achieved in competition.
That is all I got.

Im pretty sure it was your bike that I seen.

I have been waiting ages for it to come from the previous owner.
I had to pick it up from the stupid transport company myself.
With also the grab rail,passenger seat,original riders seat,the original cat exhaust box.
The rest of the original exhaust and books is still in Queensland.
I have to given the transport company quite a few rockets about this.
Hasn't helped but at least I have the commemorative crystal thingo.
