Show your Fender Eliminators, I am thinking of getting rid of the mud flap and getting a fender eliminator, I want to see so I get some ideas.

Take off reflectors in rear.
Use the brackets from those.
Remove rear fender.
Flip brackets upside down and screw to holes left from fender and mount your plate. (you need to trim the brackets a bit with shears to keep em behind plate)
Order a led to stick under tailight and your good to go.
