Removing of Counter Balancer

whenever you modify the crank it needs to be balanced. As far as the fuel pump goes it doesn't sound like it is a fuel problem, unless you changed anything else while you did the crank. You can always take it to a dyno tuner and take a look at the air fuel mixture and see where you are at that and that will tell you if your fuel pump is dying out anywhere.
