YES! My uncle had one... it was bigger though and he used to ride with me out in the dunes outside El Paso when i was a kid. I would sit all the way up front by his feet... Had a 3 wheeler back then to!

Almost bought one in the 80's. Couldn't pull the trigger. Already had too many toys (dirt bike, street bike, snowmobile, high-end stereo, six-wheel drive vehicle, sports car, ...)
