Okay, I know it’s not Veterans day, but the fact that our service men and women are out there fighting for this country, day by day, I think we should thank them and remember them everyday.

This video was on the board when I joined the Org, and my first post was in that thread. It has been a long time since I have seen it, and thought you might enjoy it.

To all our service people, I Thank You, And I Remember You!

To all who serve, thank you for preserving our FREEDOM! Freedom is not free. Never forget the sacrifices of our armed forces in times of both peace and war. THANK YOU! I get all choked up when I see those funeral images. Reminds me of my Grandfather's funeral. I was a paul bearer. A Marine Honor Gaurd played taps and gave him a gun salute. When they handed my Grandma the flag, there was not a dry eye to be found.

Wow. There are a lot of Servicemen and women who are a part of this board and our family; the sacrifices they make are huge - and they are for all of us.

Thank you to all who have served and are serving. Thank you for keeping me and my family safe.

To All,

For those of you that have not served, when you are out of country you miss home and your loved ones dearly. Contact your local Veterans Office and ask where to send letters to the service members. You can even request a specific branch to write to. The random acts of kindness really help, beyond words! I know first hand how much a simple letter to a young sailor can brighten your day, and even span a friendship. I know because I was/ am that sailor.

BUBBA,
You rock brother!
