Well, I just typed a long write up and lost it.

So, now this is short.  Bad day, I wasn't paying attention when I pulled the pin and the clips sprung out and I am not sure if I got it back right.

Thanks in Advance...

Ted,
Your retaining clips should be on the inside, not the outside...

If mounted backwards the pad will wear quickly.

Yea, I'm going to clean them, but I am going to clean them while mounted on the bike, I can use a toothbrush on them a little better. That's what Winter is for...

As far as wearing them down prematurely...hell I hardly ever use the back brake, I only changed them because I had the pads sitting there (Galfer's) saying "use me...use me" and I never changed them out (14k miles), so I thought it was time to learn....
