This is my first time changing my sprocket, rotors and tires, and I wanted to know if I need to replace my seals and bearing on the cush drive assembly, I read that you should, but I didn't know if it was nessasary or not. If so, does anyone know the price off hand. I'm picking my tires up from dealer today and while I was there I wanted to know if I should pick up there bearing and seal, or just use what I have?

Thanks

it would be based on how many miles you have on the cush. under 5 or 6 thousand i would say no.
the bearing is easy to change, if not expensive then i probally would.

I have 14,000+, and I inspected the cush drive pads and they're still fine......put the rear up in the air.......not yours, the moto..........grab the chain and sprocket.......and at the same time...turn the wheel against your grip on the chain / sprocket........you should have a "wee-bit-of turn" anything more than a half inch, change'em out.....'bout $30 as I recall.......

Please: Make sure the engine is not running while checking this....mmmmkay
