I'm happy for HTP to get involved but they seem to be hyper focused on the drag racing monster builds. I've litterly begged them to take my bike and build me a street monster last year as I tried to throw cash and they wouldn't bite. So many conversations over the phone.

RCC on the other hand seems to focus on street and strip builds. I'm also expecting the RCC kit to be cheaper because they don't have the completely reinvent the wheel. HTP also wants to sell you a MoTec which I do like but it costs ruffly 10k for the ECU and harness. RCC supports unlocked ECUs and/or aftermarket ECUs. Woolich better have a boosted map support. We need the ability to change the MAP sensor offsets. I'm still baffled how TSS is able to supercharge the Busa with a 1 bar.

He runs a Split Second voltage clamp on the MAP sensor. Like the old days of turbocharging... Talking about TTS that is.

Thanks for sharing and I remember your post about this. I had a similar experience, called HTP asking them to turbo my bike and they suggested I call RCC (who sounded annoyed when I called and asked about it).

The HTP billet plenum/fuel rail is probably going to cost a fortune.

I’m not sure what route I’ll go but all of the emerging options is awesome for us.

This is awesome! I can't wait. I've been letting my Gen 3 sit so I didn't kill it with miles because I knew it has to have a turbo. RCC is the best for street bikes.

I'll probably just do the stage one to start with. Just looking to keep it simple and rack the miles up.

I just went a little too crazy on my last turbo bike to ride the piss out of it like I used too. I want to experience the simple stage 2 again. Which I think is just a 1 to 1 and a map sensor. I'm sure I'll add an ultra plenum eventually.

Yep.... I tried to give them the bike "delivered", cash and all the time in the world. And when I say cash, I mean I could of bought a 2nd Busa.

They really don't have an interest in anyone unless it's a 1/4 bike.

I really had a donor bike for them to build on. But they went with Chris, my guess is he will end up turning that thing into a full fledge grudge bike. All carbon fiber and you know how it goes.

Comon RCC!
