RC Component wheels

Anyone here have bought RC Component wheels, beacuse i just order a set of RC wheel online and i want to know if they come with the cush drive and the sprocket ready to install on the bike. Thank you

I'm a rc dealer and they usually come complete bolt on ready less your tires and rotors.
