i have a red/gry 00' busa. i purchased it brand new in late arpil i belive. it caught my eye on the tag. it was made in 12/99. so does that mean it is truly a 99' as in engine performance wise ect. i have heard from my buddies with a 99' and 00' busas that work at a dealership in mi. they claim that the 00' has some kind of electronic limiter and the 99' doesnt. they said it was personally seen, removed by them whatever.during the tuning, dynoing of their bikes. is it true???
