Question about frames...

I have a frame complete with a title that I might buy from someone, so that I can FINALLY get my my bike legal to ride...


My first question is can I put my 2001 parts onto a 2000 frame...
and number two, how much work would actually go into a project like this...

This option might be more cost effective for me in the long run seeing as how I *might* have to change the ECU, Speedo and even the fuel tank...

The parts should fit fine but its a big job especially the wiring
